Additional usage charges are charges incurred for using paid features on your account. We are billed by network carriers for activities such as calling, texting, etc. Furthermore, we are also billed by OpenAI for all AI features within the application. We simply passes these charges down to users at the lowest rates possible. You can always see a full breakdown of charges by visiting the Company Billing page within your account (Settings -> Company Billing). You will only be charged for features and tools you use. (Ex: If you don't use Content AI, you won't be charged for it.)

Reviews AI is one of the many AI features within the Upscalingnow platform. When initiated, AI will automatically generate a repsonse to reviews on your behalf with a thoughtful, professional response, saving you time while boosting your online reputation.
